TERMS
Orders must be pre-paid by Certified Check, Visa, or MasterCard.
Net 30 days after approved credit.
A finance charge of 1% per month will be charged on all past due accounts.
A 50% deposit will be required on all customized orders.
NEW ACCOUNTS/CREDIT
To obtain credit, a C Shop credit application providing credit references and complete information must be submitted to C Shop.
PRICES & AVAILABILITY
Prices and availability subject to change without notice.
All quotations will be honoured for 30 days.
OVERRUNS
Due to the nature of production and quality control, we reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under ordered quantities.
COLOURS
Colours may vary slightly within commercial tolerance from dye-lot to dye-lot.
Non-standard colors may be ordered subject to minimums. Please call for more information.
SAMPLES
Must be pre-paid by Visa or MasterCard.
All samples charged at end column prices.
Samples are non-returnable.
INDEMNIFICATION
Customer warrants that it has the right to use the marks, symbols, or designs depicted in artwork and shall indemnify and hold C Shop harmless in any infringement action as a result of reproducing the artwork in any form on our products.
RIGHT TO PROMOTE
Unless specified in writing, we reserve the right to use logos from our clients to promote our business through catalogs, the Internet, advertising, and trade shows.
SHIPPING & FREIGHT
F.O.B.: MA, WI or QC Canada.
Freight charges determined per order.
DELIVERY TIME
In-stock merchandise will generally ship within 3 days of the receipt of a signed order confirmation.
Customized merchandise with in-stock fabric will generally ship within 2 weeks of artwork approval.
Lead times will extend during peak periods and with larger custom orders.
Rush orders available with surcharge.
CLAIMS
All damage or shortage claims must be properly noted with UPS, FedEx, or the trucking company at the time of delivery and signed by the driver, as well as the recipient.
Any concealed damage must be reported to the delivering carrier within 24 hours of delivery. ALL packing material and product must be retained for their inspection, or a claim cannot be processed.
You must file all loss and damage claims directly with the carrier.
RETURNS
We take great care to ensure that all merchandise we ship is of the highest quality. Please carefully inspect your shipment within 24 hours of receipt. Should you find a problem, please contact us for a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 10% restocking fee may apply
